# Privacy Policy — Qalico Claude Connector

This policy describes how the Qalico Claude connector ("the Connector") handles data when you use it through Claude (by Anthropic).

The Connector is operated by **Beavr SAS**, 24 rue de Clichy, 75009 Paris, France.

## What the Connector does

The Connector provides **read-only** access to publicly available regulatory information (standards, guidances, regulations) from 150+ authorities worldwide. It does not create, modify, or delete any data on your behalf.

## Data we collect

| **Search queries** | Routed to our API to return results | Not stored beyond request processing         |
| **OAuth tokens**   | Authenticate your session           | Held in memory for the session duration only |

**We do not collect, store, or process any other personal data through the Connector.**

## What we do NOT do

* We do **not** store your queries or conversation history
* We do **not** train models on your data
* We do **not** sell or share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes
* We do **not** access health data or any data beyond publicly available regulatory documents

## Third-party services

The Connector relies on:

| **Vercel / AWS (EU)** | Infrastructure hosting | Requests are processed on EU-based servers |

## Data retention

* **Email**: Retained for the lifetime of your Qalico account. Delete your account to remove it.
* **Queries**: Not persisted — processed in real-time and discarded.
* **Logs**: Basic request logs (timestamp, user ID, endpoint, duration) are retained for up to 90 days for operational monitoring. They contain no query content.

## Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, or port your personal data. You may also object to processing or lodge a complaint with the CNIL (France).
