Privacy Policy — Qalico Claude Connector
Effective date: May 20, 2025 This policy describes how the Qalico Claude connector (“the Connector”) handles data when you use it through Claude (by Anthropic). The Connector is operated by Beavr SAS, 24 rue de Clichy, 75009 Paris, France.What the Connector does
The Connector provides read-only access to publicly available regulatory information (standards, guidances, regulations) from 150+ authorities worldwide. It does not create, modify, or delete any data on your behalf.Data we collect

What we do NOT do
- We do not store your queries or conversation history
- We do not train models on your data
- We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes
- We do not access health data or any data beyond publicly available regulatory documents

Data retention
- Email: Retained for the lifetime of your Qalico account. Delete your account to remove it.
- Queries: Not persisted — processed in real-time and discarded.
- Logs: Basic request logs (timestamp, user ID, endpoint, duration) are retained for up to 90 days for operational monitoring. They contain no query content.
Your rights
